What items are returnable?
Beginning 1.1.24 Lauren Nicole accepts exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of fulfillment. No refunds will be issued. In store pick up orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the day it is marked ready for pick up. - Items must have tags attached and in original condition.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks.
- Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
- If there are any issues with your item(s) upon arrival, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
All belts, body tape, fashion tape, hair accessories, handbags, hats, home decor, jewelry, sunglasses, petals, wallets, face masks, gift cards, pre-love collection, and sale items are FINAL sale.
Store Promotion and Sale Policy:
- Items purchased during a sale or with a store promotion code are Final Sale unless otherwise stated to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Black Friday & Cyber Monday:
Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are FINAL SALE. Promotional discount does not apply to previous purchases, sale items, or gift cards. Items returned during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotion are not eligible to re-purchase with the discount. Original price applies.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and pre-paid label once the return request is approved.
- You're also welcome to return in stores free of charge!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once the return request is approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label.
- If using the provided label, a standard shipping cost of $6.99 will be deducted from the total credit amount.
- Returns shipped to our Returns Department outside the 30 day period or do not meet the return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees.
How soon will I get my credit?
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 4 business days.
- You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection for your return.
- If you are approved, then your credit will be processed and sent to you via the original email address on your order.
